About the South Central Regional Airport Agency (SCRAA)
The City of Pella and City of Oskaloosa established under Chapter 28E - Iowa Code the South Central Regional Airport Agency (SCRAA). It is the intent of the SCRAA to develop and maintain a public owned airport to accommodate aeronautical activity generated within the airport service areas associated with the Pella Municipal Airport and the Oskaloosa Municipal Airport. The two (2) airports will be closed at the time a new airport becomes operational.Members
